McCarthy, Inc. has been providing quality services and products throughout the Southeast since 1955.
McCarthy, Inc., located in Savannah, Ga., specializes in supplying metal doors and frames; wood doors, which consist of architectural-grade flush doors; as well as custom stile and rail units; complete builder’s hardware; and a myriad of specialty items such as toilet partitions, signage, louvers and toilet accessories.
Thomas Nugent McCarthy began the business in October 1955, after serving as vice president of a regional building supply company – Neal Blun Company. At first, Tom sold a variety of products to provide for his young family, including steel casement windows, cabinet hardware and even swimming pools. Tom’s second oldest son, Cody, joined the company in 1972, while his youngest son, Kevin, followed in 1980. Since Tom’s death in 1986, the company has been under the leadership of Cody (now retired) and Kevin. From its meager beginnings, McCarthy, Inc. has grown significantly with a staff of over 20 and a resume of work to include projects throughout the country as well as Puerto Rico and Belize.
Our Mission
Our company offers services and products from the beginning of the project through its completion. McCarthy’s goal is to develop a lasting relationship with all members of the project team to ensure the utmost satisfaction by all parties when the project is complete.
